Interim President Katrina A. Armstrong, MD
Katrina A. Armstrong, MD was named Columbia’s Interim President in August 2024. An internationally recognized and award winning educator, researcher, and physician, Dr. Armstrong is committed to leading our extraordinary community by affirming Columbia’s values and principles.

Provost Angela V. Olinto
In March 2024, Angela V. Olinto became Provost of the University. In addition to her pioneering research in astroparticle physics, Professor Olinto has led a successful career in academic administration and leadership, mentoring countless students and faculty.

Sarah Cole, Parr Professor of English and Comparative Literature, has been named Dean of the School of the Arts.
Daniel Abebe
Daniel Abebe, the Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law, became the 16th Dean of Columbia Law School in August 2024.
Alexis Abramson
Alexis Abramson, currently Dean of the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, begins her tenure as Dean of the Columbia Climate School in January 2025.
